- Go to Facebook App
- Login to your Facebook

- Scroll down
- Click on the settings and privacy
- Then Go to Settings
- Once you go to settings then click on Password and Security
- Go to two-factor authentication
In Password and Security, you can check the devices and location where your account is active. You can change the password in this section.

- A better way is to register on a number
- When you register you can find backup recovery codes by clicking on recovery codes.
- You can also add a backup Method if you need it.
